On the other hand, the demineralization process plays a key role in the removal of lime present in the water, one of the main causes of cloudiness and defects in ice cubes. By removing lime from our raw material, not only is a greater transparency in the cubes ensured, but also an improvement in their aesthetics and functionality. This results in a product that is considerably more crystalline, ideal for professional applications where visual quality and cooling efficiency are essential.
